Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking or using any services provided by Gajanan Cleaning Services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
Gajanan Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to home cleaning, office cleaning, floor deep cleaning, sofa and carpet cleaning, glass and window cleaning, sanitization, post-construction cleaning, and water tank cleaning in Pune and surrounding areas.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be confirmed via phone call or WhatsApp before service commencement.
- A booking is confirmed only upon verbal or written confirmation from our team.
- We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.
- Bookings are subject to availability.
3. Service Access
- The client must ensure our team has safe and unobstructed access to the premises at the agreed time.
- If access is denied or delayed by more than 30 minutes without prior notice, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the booking.
- The client must ensure the working environment is safe for our staff.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Pricing is provided as a quote before service commencement and is based on the scope of work discussed.
- Additional charges may apply if the actual scope of work significantly exceeds the quoted scope.
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before service) may incur a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling requests should be made at least 12 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to address the issue at no extra charge.
7. Liability
- While our team exercises utmost care, Gajanan Cleaning Services will not be liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not disclosed at the time of booking.
- Any claims for accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
8. Client Responsibilities
- Please secure or remove fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items before our team arrives.
- Inform us of any allergies or sensitivities so we can use appropriate products.
- Inform us of any areas or items that should not be cleaned or touched.
9. Use of Products & Equipment
We use professional, eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer specific products to be used or avoided, please inform us at the time of booking. We do not take responsibility for results if client-supplied products are used at the client's insistence.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
